Make Your Meetings Great In The San Juans

In the San Juan Islands, there are more than 30 venues waiting for your next meeting or retreat, from large to small, overlooking the water, or tucked away in the woods. Many venues have full, high-speed internet capacity, and access to great catering services. Your attendees will also enjoy amazing team-building activities such as kayaking, whale watching, hiking, biking or ziplining. Orcas Island

Rosario Resort's historic mansion and grounds are a stunning setting for meetings or retreats, with large meeting rooms for up to 250, luxury accommodations, and a full-service, fine-dining restaurant, overlooking beautiful East Sound.

Outlook Inn is a historic inn conveniently situated in the village of Eastsound, with a meeting room for 110, and a full-service restaurant, New Leaf Cafe. 

The Inn at Ship Bay is a small inn with a separate building to host your meetings for 125, and a fine-dining restaurant with delicious catering options.

San Juan Island

Enjoy team-building while kayaking out from Roche Harbor Resort, which features a historic hotel, with a large marina, shops, and three restaurants to choose from. Meet in the pavilion, which can host 175, then overnight in the hotel, suites, condos or cabins.

Friday Harbor House has a new look and new offerings for meetings and retreats in the heart of Friday Harbor. Walkable from the ferry, Friday Harbor House has a highly regarded fine-dining restaurant, and a meeting space for 100.

Look out from Island INN at 123 West over the historic Friday Harbor docks from their small meeting room.

Rent the full resort at charming Snug Harbor, with 16 separate cabins, featuring a stone fireplace in its high-tech meeting space, with an espresso cafe just steps away.

Lopez Island

At the waterfront Lopez Islander Resort, you'll have a view of the marina on Fisherman Bay, with a full-service restaurant on site.

On Orcas Island, plan a company retreat on the shores of Doe Bay Resort & Retreat, with meals made from the freshest organic ingredients straight from the Doe Bay Garden. Meet in the charming Yoga Studio, and overnight in cabins or yurts overlooking beautiful Doe Bay.

At Lakedale Resort, rent a canvas-sided glamping tent or Airstream trailer. The main lodge has a huge stone fireplace, meeting rooms and catering facilities, and there are also 7 comfortable log cabins to choose from.

At Mount Baker Farm, go glamping in the woods on the edge of a historic farm. Your group can take a ride on a real train that circles the property in the beautiful woods, past a historic barn and vintage train station. The meeting room offers a historic stone fireplace and beautiful wood details.

At Orcas Center, utilize a 200-seat theater with state-of-the-art media, a full kitchen, and plenty of room to meet and mingle.

San Juan Community Theatre offers a 200-seat theatre and catering kitchen.

Lopez Center for Community and the Arts is one of the islands' largest facilities with a 300-seat hall, gallery space and full kitchen, plus a lovely outdoor stage and gardens.

Hold your meeting at historic Woodmen Hall, with its stage and seating for 100.
