Although Lopez Island has a smaller population than the other islands, there is a lot of agricultural activity, including beef, pork and shellfish production, orchards, vegetables, herbs and flowers grown by dedicated Lopezians who share their bounty at farm stands, the island's farmers market, and local restaurants.
