This Full Moon Sound Bath is intented to usher in sacred transformative energy. As we are made of energetic frequencies, we resonate with these sound healing tools in a symbiotic relationship. The Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and other instruments create an atmosphere of resonant healing that will move you from the inside out. 

We will share in an intention setting and check in beforehand, then a brief guided meditation to prepare us to slip into a deep state of relaxation. I will slowly bring in the sound instruments that aid in moving you further into an altered state of consciousness. This is a safe place to allow in more light and wellness. Come and sink into and bathe in the frequencies. This session is a deep immersion into recalibration higher cohesiveness. Please join us for this soundscape journey.
