Young Eagles Day
Young Eagles Day will take place on June 13, 2026, from 10am-2pm at Eastsound Airport.
The event will offer free Young Eagles flights for youth ages 8–17. Launched in 1992, the Young Eagles program has spent more than 30 years introducing young people to the world of aviation through their first free airplane ride. Participants will receive official Young Eagles logbooks along with personal codes to activate a free Experimental Aircraft Association student membership and access to Sporty’s Learn to Fly Course. Today, nearly 2.5 million young people have experienced a free introductory flight through the program, made possible by the generosity of EAA member volunteers.
