Our June OnBook! is Theresa Rebeck’s “Seminar” directed by Corbin Marcotte. The auditions are Saturday, May 23rd at 2pm at the PARC Building (70 Saltspring Drive). The rehearsals will be May 31st-June 2nd from 6:30pm-9:30pm, and the Performances will be June 3rd & 4th at 7:30pm! Seminar tells the story of four young writers who each pay $5,000 for a ten-week seminar with Leonard, an international literary figure. Leonard’s unorthodox teaching style soon pits the classmates against each other: some of them flourish under his version of tough love, while others flounder with self-doubt. CONTENT WARNING: SEMINAR is for mature audiences only. The show involves adult content, sexual themes and situations, and strong language.
