Adult Art Class: Joy Jar with Simona Burla
The San Juan Islands Museum of Art invites adults of all skill levels to Joy Jar — an evening art class on Tuesday, May 5, 4–8 PM. Part of the Kindling Creativity series, this four-hour class guides participants through creating a set of hand-painted cards — each inscribed with a joy-sparking activity — collected in a decorated jar to draw from for inspiration. Using watercolors, pencils, markers, and paint pens on mixed-media paper. All materials provided. Refreshments served. $25 per person. Located at 540 Spring Street, Friday Harbor.
