On Book Series: Steel Magnolias

Our February OnBook! is Robert Harling’s “Steel Magnolias” directed by Clayton Banry. The auditions are Saturday, February 14th at 2pm at the PARC Building (70 Saltspring Drive). The rehearsals will be February 22nd-24th from 6:30pm-9:30pm, and the Performances will be February 25th & 26th at 7:30pm!

Steel Magnolias is a comedic yet poignant stage play by Robert Harling centered on the bond between six distinct women in a Louisiana beauty salon. It focuses on themes of life, death, and friendship, following their lives through joys and heartbreaks—including marriage and a fatal illness—while showcasing their resilience.
