Piedmonte Wine and Truffle Dinner
Chef Tim is bringing Italian black & white truffles infused with a classic Piedmontese meal with wine pairings to Friday Harbor. Amy Pickering from Elliot Bay Wines will host the evening. Amy is a seasoned wine professional with over thirty years in the industry. She’s passionate about wine, food, people, and the natural world. She lived in Bella Italy for three years and has been selling wine in the northwest corner of the PNW for twenty years.
There is one seating at 6 p.m. Dinner is $85 plus a $100 supplemental for black and white truffles with every course. $50 for the wine pairing for six wines (one white, four reds, and a dessert wine). Chef will gladly accommodate any dietary considerations with advance notice.
