Bike Rentals, Tours, Maps & Experiences

Pedal pushers of all levels are welcome in the islands and each island has its own landscapes and terrain to explore.  As much as we want you to enjoy your ride, we also want you to stay as safe as possible while cycling.

The roads in San Juan County do not have designated bike lanes, so always be aware of traffic and obey the traffic laws, make yourself as visible as possible, wear protective gear and be sure to share the road.

Research the islands (Lopez, San Juan and Orcas) to learn which island might be best for your skill level before your trip.  Most of the local bike shops have biking maps available and are good sources of information on the best and safest routes.  This will help you make the most of your cycling adventure.

Explore the top biking maps and biking experiences for all three islands before you go.

Let us acknowledge that we reside on the ancestral lands and waters of the Coast Salish people who have called this place home since time immemorial and let us honor inherent, aboriginal, and treaty rights that have been passed down from generation to generation.
