Begin your island adventure with a visit to Warm Valley Farm, located less than one mile from the Orcas ferry landing. Steeped in the island's rich agricultural history, our historic farm offers a welcoming place to slow down, explore, and experience the beauty, flavors, and creativity of Orcas Island.

Farm stand
Discover seasonal farm-grown vegetables, orchard fruit, fresh-cut flowers, heritage pork, and grass-fed lamb. Browse a thoughtfully curated selection of local cheeses, island-made ice cream, artisan crackers, flower and herb seeds, specialty teas, picnic provisions, cold drinks, garden accents, and unique farm treasures.

Summerhouse Perfume Studio
Experience the artistry of perfumer Shawna Villalvazo, whose small-batch botanical fragrances are handcrafted on the farm. Using locally harvested botanicals alongside sustainably sourced aromatic materials, each perfume captures the distinctive character of the San Juan Islands—farm to bottle, inspired by the sea and island flora.

Barn Swallow Vintage
Explore an ever-changing collection of antiques, vintage finds, storied home goods, island collectibles, artisan jewelry, select clothing, textiles, fine art, and thoughtfully curated consignment pieces. Every visit offers something new to discover.

Summerhouse Garden Room
Stroll through our self-guided scent garden, the living library for the perfumery, and enjoy a seasonal calendar of workshops, art exhibitions, and special events celebrating creativity, nature, and the farm.
