PER GOVERNOR INSLEE'S DIRECTIVES, SJIMA WILL CLOSE AT 5 PM MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16. WE HOPE THE COVID-19 CRISIS CASES WILL ALLOW US TO OPEN ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18 WITH THE COUNTY-WIDE ARTISTS' REGISTRY SHOW.

For the safety of our staff, visitors and volunteers masks will be required. If you do not have one, a mask will be provided.

The San Juan Islands Museum of Art offers rotating exhibitions of fine visual art, including paintings, drawings, sculpture, photography and more, from around the world. The IMA mission is to connect people with art that inspires, challenges, and enlightens.

Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday through Monday.  Please see the website for current information. 

Admission: $10 and free to members and those 18 and under. Mondays are Pay As You Can Days. These exhibitions are  supported, in part, by a grant from the Washington State Arts Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts.
