Island Opportunity Charters is a new water taxi, freight, and sightseeing service based out of Bellingham’s Squalicum Harbor with direct service to the San Juan Islands.

We offer service 7 days a week year-round and are in close proximity to Bellingham International Airport (BLI). We can accommodate up to 12 passengers on our 36-foot coastguard-inspected passenger vessel which features a heated cab and onboard bathroom. We not only transport passengers but larger items you might need like bikes, kayaks, camping gear, side-by-sides, or construction materials. Our landing craft offers easy beach access with a drop-down front gate and real-time tracking of our boat with an Automatic Identification System (AIS). Finally, our sightseeing trips or private charters can help you experience all that the beautiful San Juan Islands have to offer. We can’t wait to welcome you aboard!
