Having honed his skills at local favorites like Buck Bay Shellfish Farm and Harbor Bar and Grill, he brings an intimate knowledge of Orcas’ seasonal bounty to every table he sets.
Chef Elliot offers in-home private chef experiences, private picnics, and full-service catering for small weddings, each designed to highlight the best of the island’s fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. From a candlelit dinner overlooking the Sound to a picnic atop Mount Constitution by wildflowers, his cooking tells a story of connection to the land, the sea, and the people gathered around the table.
