This is the 3rd annual Hoedown at the Hangar --a live charity concert on an historic grass airstrip in West Sound. This year's bands include Champagne Sundays-a glam folk group from Tacoma, and back for a second year is Darci Carlson from Austin, Texas, "The Outlaw Country Queen". Our headliner for 2025 is Portland's Best of Both Worlds, a Van Halen tribute band. We have an after party with Orcas' own The Studs performing in the Hangar Bar. There's a beer, wine, and cider garden and great food vendors. Kids are free and friendly dogs are welcome. Camping available on site. All proceeds go towards supporting four great Orcas Island organizations: Sail Orcas, The Children's House, Orcas Community Resource Center, and the Orcas Island Wrestling Club.
