Island Market’s favorite spicy tradition is back! On August 22 & 23, 11 am to 4 pm, the store will host its annual Hatch Chile Roast—two days of live roasting, tasty bites, and plenty of good vibes outside the store.
Guests can enjoy great food, delicious samples, and that amazing smoky roasted chile aroma that fills the air. It’s a fun, flavorful way to celebrate the season with neighbors and friends.
