Visit Doe Bay's one-acre organic garden, full of fresh vegetables, fruits and flowers that end up on your brunch or dinner plate at the Doe Bay Cafe. Chickens oversee production of compost and fresh eggs. This waterside resort offers yurts, cabins and camping, as well as soaking tubs and sauna set over a waterfall.
