Spencer Spit State Park, on Lopez Island, is a 138-acre marine and camping park. The park is named for the lagoon-enclosing sand spit on which it rests. There are many sheltered and unsheltered picnic tables, and two miles of hiking trails. The park has a reputation for excellent crabbing, clamming and "car-top boating." “Serendipity” is a beautiful handcrafted custom camper trailer. Built by two high-end boat builders, it is a work of art. It contains a queen sized bed, with enough head room to sit up straight in the bed. There is interior 12-volt lighting, under the bed storage, and great ventilation. It is truly a glamper's delight! It is stocked with a double burner propane stove (you provide the propane), a kitchen kit with pans, dishes and essentials (you supply the food). All cooking is done outside.
