Our 3-hour Public Sails are designed to get everybody involved, and no sailing experience is required. They are a perfect way to explore the San Juan Islands and learn about our unique marine environment while sailing aboard the historic schooner Adventuress. From the moment we get underway you'll be invited to help raise the sails or take a turn at the wheel. As we explore the Salish Sea, the crew will explain its unique marine environment and share the history of Adventuress. Then listen to a sea chanty, a talk from an on-board guest or crew member -- or just sit back and take in the whole experience.
Infants aged 0-1 are free and must have a ticket as the US Coast Guard regulates exactly how many people are on board, including infants and young children. Please make sure you have a ticket for each person in your party before boarding. You can purchase them by clicking here.
