The Mansion Restaurant's popular Wine Dinner Series continues with our annual "Savor San Juans" Harvest Wine Dinner, featuring the best of the island's fall ingredients alongside wines from Soter Vineyards. 

Tony and Michelle Soter operate Mineral Springs Ranch, a 240-acre Biodynamic farm and vineyard in the heart of Oregon wine country that makes some of the most highly regarded Pinot Noir in the country. Their combination of respectful farming, ancient marine soils, and temperate climate result in wines that are layered, nuanced and perfect to pair with Chef Southern's delicious fall menu.
