Salish Sea Early Music Festival "Renaissance Winds"
"Renaissance Winds" features two rarely heard renaissance instruments, the dulcian or renaissance bassoon and the renaissance transverse flute, for which combination there is a fabulous repertoire that is rarely if ever otherwise explored as the instrumentation is not specified, and hardly anyone plays the virtuoso repertoire for these instruments!
