RED by John Logan
Stage Left is thrilled to announce a four week run of the dynamic, thought-provoking, Tony Award-winning play, "RED," by John Logan. Although set in the studio of abstract painter Mark Rothko, in 1950s New York, this play speaks a universal language about a generation passing the baton, about ethics and art, about the ferocity of artistic passion—all seen through the father/son, mentor/student relationship of Rothko and his apprentice, Ken.
Daniel Mayes returns as Rothko; and this year Stage Left introduces Seattle's Jonathan Shue as Ken.
Dates & Show Times: October 24 - November 16, Thursday & Friday & Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., Sundays at 4:00 p.m.
