Orcas Project Wine Dinner
Dinner is $55/person and $35 for the optional wine pairing.
Join sommelier Cole Sisson, founder of the ‘The Orcas Project” for a wine dinner featuring their special production wines. Cole and his wife Stephanie collaborate with acclaimed winemakers and vineyards in the Pacific Northwest. These food-friendly wines feature labels designed by Orcas Island Artists. If you have come into dinner, you may have tasted their Pinot Grigio which is one of Coho Restaurant’s featured glass pours.
This evening you will have the opportunity to taste their sparkling rose, a white and three reds. We’ll offer a couple of wine flights as part of the tasting – sample their Albarino or Grenache against one from the old world. Chef Payne will prepare a 5-course harvest dinner paired with their wines. These evenings are always memorable and sell out.
