Have fun while learning the basics of cooking. We will be offering two sessions this spring that will help you bring the farm-to-fork flavors that you enjoy at the restaurant into your own home kitchen. Chef Tim will demystify duck preparation, and Chef Jessica will share her gluten-free baking secrets. Take one or both!
