You can’t hyde from the laughs in this spoofy modern version of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale.  Henry Jekyll is a high school senior who desperately wants to win the highly competitive science scholarship.  He’s worked so hard he hasn’t slept in days.  In a panicked effort to stay awake, he mixes a concoction that not only keeps him amped but lets loose a slew of personalities he has hidden inside.  (They’re all played by different actors, adding to the silliness!)  These new alter egos — the slick and cool guy Dino, true Scotswoman Bonny, blind and sensitive Oleander and Fido (yes, a dog!)  — unleash a wave of twists and turns that complicate his life, to say the least!  But through the chaos, they also teach him about what really matters, who he loves and who he is.  In addition to being a high octane romp that never lets up, Jekyll’s Hydes is also a sweet study of who we are in relation to who we think we should be.  Face it, we’re all complex and multi-faceted, especially teenagers!
