The Mansion Restaurant's Executive Chef Raymond Southern prepares a special five-course dinner paired with wines from acclaimed Forgeron Cellars. French-born and trained winemaker Marie-Eve Gilla leans on her double-masters in viticulture and enology to uncover the best sites for her favorite varietals grown in the AVA’s of the Columbia Valley. She then gently guides the winemaking process to deliver wines that express the beauty, complexity, and age-worthiness the region has to offer.
