Join Coho Restaurant Chefs for Kitchen Boot Camp this fall! Ok…relax!!! No planks, push-ups or powerlifting required! Have fun while learning “All About Lamb”.

Learn how to prepare that perfect melt-in-your-mouth lamb shoulder, seared lamb chop, or tender roasted leg of lamb at home. The chef will show you some basic butchery, the best cooking methods for each cut, and how to season to bring out the most flavor. Take home some autumnal recipes to make your next dinner party a show-stopping success.

The class takes place on Sunday afternoon, October 13, perfect for vacation or anytime. This is a small intimate hands-on interactive sessions with up to 4 participants.  You’ll leave with new skills, food in your belly, recipes to share, plus a $10 gift certificate to dinner!

Grab your girlfriends, partner, and co-workers and get ready for a fun-filled afternoon. Cooking is an enjoyable activity for young and old alike.
