Choose an island setting that is intimate or grand -- get married outdoors at a resort overlooking the water, in a quaint church, on a boat, or perhaps in two kayaks. 

  • Marriage licenses can be obtained from the San Juan County Auditor's office, (360) 378-2161.
  • A three-day waiting period is required. Any license obtained in the State of Washington is valid for marriage in San Juan County. Ministers, priests and judges can preside over weddings.
