Historical Museum on Price Street

It's time for the 4th of July Pig War Picnic brought to you by the Kiwanis Club of San Juan Island! Last year was our fourth year hosting this event and we had a fabulous turn out. If you were there, you joined hundreds of visitors and island families who brought their kids, friends and relatives to our one-of-a-kind community picnic and celebration. We are expecting an even bigger and better event this year!

Of course we'll have music,  the pie-eating contest, cakewalk, kid's games and the best barbecue in town! We will be marching in the parade and advertising our sponsors. See you there!

Orcas Center, 917 Mt. Baker Rd., Eastsound

Abbey Road LIVE! is not your typical Beatle look-alike tribute act; don't expect mop-top haircuts and vintage Rickenbacker guitars. Rather, this show is about bringing to life some of the more mature and complex Beatles material in a raw and spirited fashion, while remaining true to the original recordings. Combining attention to detail with a creative exuberance, the band always delights its audiences with its diverse repertoire of hits and more obscure favorites. Show time:  7:30 p.m.
