Lavendera Massage

Lavendera presents a free Introduction to Shiatsu with Richard and Ish. Come on in and learn more about Shiatsu massage. Richard Davenport and Ish Nielson will give an introduction to this ancient Japanese form of bodywork. Shiatsu therapists use finger and palm pressure on energetic pathways, called meridians to improve the flow of qi, therefore it is often also described as “finger pressure massage”. Unlike other forms of massage, with shiatsu no massage oil is applied, so you remain fully clothed during treatment. Shiatsu improves circulation, relieves stiff muscles, and alleviates stress.
